Happy Holidays!!!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from...

Grayson!

Hudson!

Grace!

Gannon!

Delaney!

This morning, we read Christmas books, watched a Christmas show together and had a red and white lunch.

Watching "The Backyardigans" Christmas episode

For lunch we ate all red and white things. Extra cheesy pizza, pears and bananas. As a little extra present to Gannon, I served two fruits and no vegetables today!
This afternoon, we're having cookies with Christmas sprinkles. I'll bet the kids love them!
I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas! Thank you again for sharing your children with me. They make my days so much fun!

Wonderful Wednesday!

After our snack in the morning, the kids decided that under the kitchen table was an excellent fort. It made me think of all the forts I built when I was younger. One of these days, we're going to have to get out blankets and make a big fort in the living room. I'll bet everyone will love it!

In the afternoon, we made paper wreaths for Christmas decorations. It was fun and we talked about circles and colors. I brought out a few different kinds of ribbons and let everyone choose. Oh, my goodness, I have never seen the kids think as hard as they did picking out their ribbon for their bow and hanger. I love how even small decisions are taken so super seriously. It was pretty funny.

Proud of their projects! :)

Catching Up...last Friday...

Last Friday, Hudson spent the day with his Grandma and Gannon spent the morning with his dad. That means Grayson was very out numbered by all the girls! Lots of bracelets and babies and not many cars or racetracks.

Loving his little sweater. It has a really cute matching hat. :)

Mmmm, yogurt!

Digging in.

Monday...

Yesterday was a fun day. Mondays are always busy and I can tell the kids have missed each other over the weekend.

Gannon is showing Grayson his "dig-its". I love the names kids give things! Super cute!

Tuesday...

We're having a fun day and it's only half over. Lots of cars, babies, cooking, and giggles...

Cabin Fever?!

I hate to say it, but I think the kids are already getting a little cabin fever. Today, the troops were restless, but still had a fun day. Grayson was wide awake this morning, so the kids all wanted to check him out. Grace, Gannon and Hudson kept telling me the baby's eyes were open. Funny!

Definitely wide awake!

Grace said she was holding the baby. Sweetheart.

Getting some big brother practice!

After snack, we colored pictures. The kids said they were making treasure maps. Love their creative imaginations!

While the other kids colored, Grayson finally gave in and went to sleep. Cute little burrito boy!
